We are in the middle of RiverHeath: on the Fox River in Appleton, Wisconsin, right below the College Avenue bridge. Poplar Hall sits between the Courtyard by Marriott hotel and the newly opened Willow residential building. Our address is 141 S RiverHeath Way, Appleton WI 54915. Click here to see a map.
There is a parking lot adjacent to Poplar Hall. If that fills up, try parking in one of the other RiverHeath lots. Please don’t park at the hotel unless you are staying there, or they will get grumpy. If the other lots are full, you can park along on Banta Court all the way up the hill. There is also public parking in Telulah Park, just up Newberry Street.

All sales are final. If a show is canceled, we’ll notify all ticket holders as soon as possible and issue refunds. To transfer tickets to someone else, just email us at poplarhallwi@gmail.com.
Please reach out to us for our approved list of caterers. They all know the venue, the kitchen, and the staff. If you are a caterer and would like to cater events with us, please reach out as well. Thank you.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted at the box office and bars. We do not accept cash.
All concerts are 18+. Minors may attend if accompanied by a legal guardian.
We have a full bar offering a wide selection of draft and bottled beers, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Please note that outside drinks are not allowed in the venue.
You can purchase one of our Poplar Hall steel pint cups for $5 and enjoy $1 off every drink forever (just remember to bring it next time!). Don’t worry if you don’t want to buy one—we’ll go one better: bring your own steel or plastic cup (no glass), and you’ll receive the same discount.
We’re trying to reduce single-use plastic, so this is a win-win. It may not make a ton of sense financially (plastic cups cost us about a nickel!), but we encourage you to take advantage and help us be more sustainable.
We have water fountains throughout the venue as well as water at the bar for your convenience. Feel free to use your Poplar Hall pint cup. We want to make sure you stay hydrated and comfortable during your visit.
Our venue is ADA compliant, and our champion of access, Alderperson Joe Martin, will likely be rocking away right next to you. We have ramps down to the riverfront level on the outside, and elevators within Poplar Hall.
Think of this as a Packers game. Smaller venue, overlooking the river, and no hall of fame athletes, but otherwise the same. You will be searched at the door, including purses and bags. If you can’t bring it into a Packer game, you can’t bring it into Poplar Hall. We’re here to keep you safe and comfortable to enjoy your evening.
Try the Appleton Riverfront Courtyard right next door. Don’t tell everyone, but ask for the Cindy rate.
